Fruit Leather Recipe


4 jars (18oz) - Organic Babies Apple or Peach Puree
1 tsp - honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp - lemon juice


-Preheat oven to 180°F and line a small sheet tray with parchment paper.
-Mix all ingredients together with a whisk and mixing bowl.
-Using a spatula spread the mixture on the parchment paper evenly.
-Bake for 8-10 hours until the fruit leather is no longer sticky to the touch and peels easily from the parchment paper.
-Cut into pieces using kitchen shears. Reserve at room temperature.
